How does it work?

Visit our website and browse through our selection of event rentals, such as tables, chairs, gazebos, and more.
Add the items you need to your cart by selecting book online (select one main product, then add the rest of your items) and proceed to checkout.
When prompted to enter a promo code, enter COLLECT10 to receive your 10% discount.
Select the "Customer Collection" option and choose a pickup date that works for you.
Complete your order and wait for your confirmation email.

On the day of your pickup, you can arrive at our warehouse between 9am-12pm to collect your items. Make sure to bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID, as well as a valid card as you will have to pay £50 security deposit on collection which will be refunded within 3-5 working days. Our team will have your items ready for you and will check them off the list to ensure you have received everything you ordered.

After your event, you can return the items the following day during our business hours. Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, and our team will inspect them before accepting them back. If items are returned dirty they will be subject to a 20% cleaning fee or a replacement fee if damaged beyond repair. Please note that late returns may be subject to additional fees.
